Momma Young’s Chicken Delight
Marinade chicken tenders, breasts, etc.. in the following:
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Red Pepper (ground)
Pinch Black Pepper
Place in a sealed bowl or zip-lock and let it sit anywhere from two hours to over night. You can marinade however long you like.
Give the the chicken one more swim in the marinade and place on the grill for 10 minutes, give or take depending on the size you are using.
The chicken in the picture was cooked on a Foreman grill.

Ok I am sooo trying this chicken recipe this week. I was looking for a simple chicken recipe.
Oh great. Let me know what you think.
Looks yummy! I so need some new chicken recipes…my whole family LOVES chicken, but they’re sick to death of the same boring recipes. I’ll have to try this one!
THIS I can do! Thanks!
That looks and sounds really good. I might have to try your recipe. Thank you for sharing!
I wish I had seen this sooner, I made chicken the other day. I always use those pre-made marinade packets, they are good but quite expensive. This seems easy and delicious. I will be sure to try it next time!
This looks really good, I might make it this week and add it into a salad!
I know what everyone means about the same old recipes, that is what made me come up with this one. It’s different and has a slight kick, it is easy and inexpensive. We usually have this with some rice pilaf or a version of it or stuffing and mashed potatoes. My hubby is a meat and potatoes man.
I haven’t tried it on a salad, but that would be perfect.
This week I’ll make a big batch ahead of time and add it to my salad throughout the week. Good idea FLmom.
Thanks so much to all for stopping by and commenting.
I can’t wait to try this chicken reciepe. My husabnd and I were running out of chicken reciepes.
