Mix sugar, brown sugar, softened butter, eggs and vanilla extract until fluffy.
Add coco powder, salt, baking soda and mix till creamy.
Mix in Flour.
Fold in Chocolate chips.
Chill in fridge for 3 to 4 hours but if you are in a hurry put dough in the freezer for 30 minutes.
After well chilled roll tablespoon sized balls and place on greased baking dish about 1 1/2″ apart.
Bake for 14 minutes.
They will look like the should cook longer, but don’t. They firm up to a chewy delight quit nicely.
Enjoy!~

They look so yummy, saw them on your facebook page last night and wanted them so badly!!
Have a great weekend
These cookies are my absolute FAVORITE! My neighbor made these for my husband & me when we moved into our house 2.5 years ago and I immediately had to go over there to ask her for the recipe. They’ve been a huge hit at all of the cookie exchanges I’ve taken them to, so great pick for a recipe!!!
Thank you so much for the nice words about my father in law. I hope you have a great weekend!
ooo, Im going to try that!
