Instant SuperMan, just add a Harley!

Written on March 2nd, 2010 by MommaYoungno shouts

This weekend was an exciting one for what I thought would be my husband. We were finally able to find a Harley Davidson my husband liked and we could afford.

Saturday Daddy followed us home while riding on his Harley. The kids were hooting and hollering, they were so excited. How funny! They weren’t riding it, just daddy was.

My husband might has well ripped open his shirt and and dawned his cape.  As soon as we got home, I tried to get our ballerina to bed, but she was like “wait just a minute Mommy I HAVE to make this for Daddy!”  She was coloring a picture of Superman for Daddy that she just had to give to him.

How sweet…  So the secret to being super daddy?  Hop on a Harley!

Totally Random Tuesday

randomtuesday

I have an appointment tomorrow and it is consuming my mind.  I don’t like finding new doctors especially ones that deal with girl business.

I should be doing homework but I hear the soft cushy pillows in my bed calling me… “hear I come…”

Only 4 more months till I can stop running the kids around at 7 in the morning.

How come the kids only hear LOUD, AB-NOXIOUS, NAGGING Mom?  No I am kidding, it just seems like all the time.

Woo hoo, I am ahead of all my classes except for Art.  Argh…

I can’t wait for Wednesday.  My 2 favorite shows Cougar Town and Human Target are on!!!

Only 14 weeks to go…

Written on February 1st, 2010 by MommaYoung2 shouts

Hi Bloggy Family,

Well I survived the first week of school, Yay!  My classes aren’t bad really, but have one I am kicking myself for taking.  It is an Art classe Women  Art & Society.  It is really interesting, but reading the book is like reading sand script!  There are like 10 papers due for it, ugh.  That is the class I am worried about.

I am glad hubby didn’t take more online classes, one computer just isn’t enough.

The kids are doing well.  They are adjusting to our early mornings.  Teenager to school at 7am, come home, eat breakfast and finally take younger kids to school at 9.  Its Mom that would love to sleep in.

I love sleep.  I’d choose sleep over all else if I could.

Yesterday was absolutely gorgeous.  We ran around town and I didn’t even need my little jacket.  I love winter, snow, etc… but I really miss my walks.

Well better run, gotta warm up the truck.  Have a great week everybody!

Oh yea, remember the Bare Escentuals giveaway starts on Friday.  I am so excited.  I want some…

Good News!

Pampers has redesigned their Cruisers with “DryMax.”   DryMax will keep wetness away for up to 12 hours.  Not that we would keep our little ones a diaper that long, but how comfy for the 2 hours they are in a diaper.

You wanna try the New Cruisers with Dry Max? Well they won’t be on shelves until March, but you can get 3 free samples! Just visit Pampers.com and request them. (The link should be up sometime today)

Know what else? If the sample sent includes a diaper stamped Team USA (randomly inserted in select sample packs), Your little one will win a year’s supply of Pampers diapers!

Be on the look out for one of these with your sample:

What does this have to do with Team USA?  Well, Pampers has set up some Team USA athletes and their families, with branded Team USA Pampers Cruisers with Dry Max as they head to Vancouver for the Olympic Winter Games.

Pretty neat huh?

Visit Pampers.com to get your free samples of the New Pampers with DryMax…
